LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an Attorney to join its Virginia Beach team. This role features no billable hour requirements and a competitive base salary with potential for attorney-negotiated settlements.

The attorney will manage own caseload, receive comprehensive training, and work with an experienced legal and administrative team to represent financial institutions and creditors in civil litigation across multiple states.

Qualifications

Active law license in Virginia; strong ability to analyze cases and negotiate settlements.
Strong understanding of civil litigation practices and courtroom procedures.
Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage a high-volume caseload.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with colleagues.
High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
2/3 days on-site, primarily signing.
Negotiate settlements and work toward efficient resolution of disputed matters.
Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances throughout the assigned territory (travel expenses reimbursed).
Partner with internal staff, clients, and opposing counsel to move cases forward effectively and professionally.
Maintain accurate case records and manage deadlines across multiple matters.
