Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of practical experience OR current enrollment in a culinary program.
• Experience with Italian or French cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly seminars and internship activities.
• Perform hourly role at assigned restaurant location (host/server/runner/busser/cook etc.).
• Proactively follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Attend internship events and expo; complete group project and presentations.
