Massanutten Resort is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Virginia BBQ & Pizza Co. at the Massanutten Resort.

You will oversee dine-in, counter service, and takeout operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a 20+ associate team to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences. The role requires leadership in high-volume environments, strong operational and financial management, and a commitment to food safety and hospitality.

Virginia BBQ & Pizza Co. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant at our vibrant Massanutten Resort. What You Will Do

As the General Manager, you will take full ownership of restaurant operations and performance, including:

• Leading daily operations across dine-in, counter service, and takeout
• Driving guest satisfaction through quality, speed, and service excellence
• Hiring, training, coaching, and developing a team of 20+ associates
• Managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Monitoring financial performance (revenue, labor, and food cost)
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Virginia ABC laws
• Resolving guest concerns and fostering a culture of hospitality
