Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Scientist II contractor in South San Francisco to accelerate LVV and AAV generation platforms. The role emphasizes automation, high-throughput workflows, and scalable production processes for rapid screening and pipeline studies.

You will design and execute upstream and downstream development, apply DOE, and perform QC analytics to ensure quality and yield. This onsite assignment spans 6 months with strong collaboration across the research team.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD with 3+ years of lab research or industry experience.
• Proficient in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
• Experience with lentivirus or AAV production is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Automate LVV and AAV workflows using high-throughput liquid handling.
• Develop upstream LVV production from seed to harvest with DOE.
• Optimize downstream LVV processing including filtration and purification.
• Perform QC analytics on LVV/AAV vectors and interpret quality attributes.
• Manage data, inventory and SOPs; present findings in meetings.
