Viral Short-Form Content Creator & Hook Architect

DrBalcony; United States; Remote; USD 60,000 - 90,000; Full time

Job summary

DrBalcony is seeking a high-volume short-form content creator who can turn briefs into compelling visuals and voiceovers. You will produce 10–15 original concepts daily from manager briefs, writing hooks that captivate a US audience and delivering on-camera or voiceover content as required.

You’ll leverage AI tools to keep content human‑looking, self‑serve from templates, and bring fresh format ideas. A proven track record of channel growth and strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• You run your own channel(s). Share handles. We want an account you grew, not one you appeared in.
• 3+ years creating short-form content, with demonstrated organic growth.
• You can explain, with specifics, why one video got 2M views and another 4K.
• Native-level English on camera and in writing.
• Comfortable on camera, or a strong voiceover performer for faceless content.
• Reliable internet, good capture setup, backup power plan.
• High-volume tolerance for daily production, not a passion project.

Responsibilities

• Produce 10–15 original concepts per day from briefs — hook, script, and raw capture.
• Write hooks that survive the first 1.5 seconds for a US audience.
• Appear on camera and/or deliver voiceover, depending on format.
• Use AI tooling to produce content that doesn’t look AI-produced.
• Self-serve from the editor’s template library to produce variants at volume.
• Bring format ideas the manager hasn’t thought of; you’re close to platforms.
