Job summary

Bandana, based in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a hands-on Content Creator to produce city-specific videos and on-platform content, becoming the first face viewers meet in each city.

You will ideate, test, and craft new formats including animation, skits, and documentaries, growing a page from zero to viral with disciplined distribution.

The role requires strong storytelling, a growth mindset, and proficiency with Premiere/CapCut and design tools.

Qualifications

• Proven growth of a social page with viral content and large follower base.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent talent from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to present information concisely.

Responsibilities

• Create Job Videos to promote opportunities across channels.
• Search Bandana.com and other boards for new opportunities to share with job seekers.
• Design engaging social graphics highlighting opportunities and pay transparency.
• Schedule and post content across socials, manage interactions and deadlines.
• Test new distribution channels, including animation and skits.
• Monitor analytics to optimize growth, track views and engagement.
• Gather salary/pay data and sources, sometimes via contracts or Excel.
• Support productions through outreach and on-site shoots when needed.
• Collaborate with Growth Team to boost virality and ad-ready content.
