Fresh Content Society is seeking a Social Content Producer (Short-Form Video) to concept, shoot, and edit high-volume, platform-native content for multiple brands.

In this remote role, you will produce daily/weekly videos, craft thumb-stopping hooks, build fast templates, and collaborate with talent and paid teams to optimize performance, with regular reporting on watch time and completion rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years producing social video (agency or in-house).
• Mastery of mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Ability to ship fast while protecting brand quality.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily/weekly short-form videos optimized per platform best practices.
• Translate strategy into thumb-stopping hooks, story arcs, and CTAs.
• Build edit-ready templates for speed; manage asset libraries and naming.
• Partner with talent/creators; direct on-camera moments and voiceovers.
• Collaborate with paid team to adapt assets for performance testing.
• Report on creative performance; iterate based on watch time and completion rates.
