Job summary

1000Media in Miami seeks a Content Creator who can turn ideas into content people actually want to watch. You’ll own the creative process from content strategy and ideation to scripting and production, bringing strong storytelling to life across topics and formats.

You’ll collaborate with Video Makers and Editors, develop hooks and angles, write scripts for short-form videos and social content, and produce content from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, production, storytelling, or digital media.
• Ideally experience in longevity, wellness, health, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle.
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of content strategy and audience growth.
• Familiarity with short-form and social-first content.
• Ability to move from idea to production quickly and independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy and creative direction for assigned clients.
• Research audiences, competitors, trends, and content opportunities.
• Develop concepts, hooks, and creative angles.
• Write scripts for short-form videos, ads, and organic social content.
• Produce content from idea through execution.
• Collaborate with Video Makers, Editors, and other creatives to bring ideas to life.
• Lead or support shoots when needed.
• Review content during production and provide clear creative feedback.
• Quality-check content to align with strategy, brand, and tone.
• Use performance data to improve future content.
• Prepare monthly creative learnings and recommendations.
• Create and test different versions of concepts, hooks, and formats.
• Help develop static content, carousels, and other social-first formats.
• Build organic content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Manage multiple content streams while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Stay on top of trends and identify opportunities for relevant content.
