Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Product Delivery Specialist to lead VIPER hardware deployments and software integrations at dealer sites. You will manage on-site installations, perform hand-offs to customers, and ensure successful adoption of the VIPER platform.

You will coordinate with dealer management systems (DMS/CRM) and internal teams, provide white-glove service during launches, and travel nationally to support customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in field technology implementation or onboarding, preferably automotive technologies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and travel nationally (75%+).

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and hand-off VIPER to end users.
• Oversee on-site VIPER hardware installations in dealer service drives.
• Configure software settings and integrations with DMS, CRM, and service platforms.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and integration issues during installation and post-launch.
• Train customer staff and support adoption during the 30-day window.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to report field issues and improvements.
