Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers and inform merchandisers/ managers on stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards set forth by management and the company.
• Problem-solve for customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Provide high-touch service to VIP clients and support retention.
• Stay informed about current product assortment and act as brand ambassador.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with regulations and code of conduct; attend meetings.
• Be punctual and communicate obstacles to the manager.
• Represent the brand with personal style and community connections.
