Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsabilités

• Greet and serve customers while delivering an excellent shopping experience.
• Inform merchandisers and managers on stocking needs and visual standards.
• Maintain visual standards set by management and the company at all times.
• Resolve customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Provide high-touch service to VIP clientele and build loyalty.
• Stay knowledgeable about current product assortment and brand ambassadors.
• Follow management instructions and stay adaptable as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and attend meetings as required.
• Maintain punctuality and uphold professional rules and conduct.
• Represent the brand positively to the local and broader communities.
