Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience
• Self-motivated, team player

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, greeting and serving customers
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards
• Resolve customer issues and involve management when needed
• Handle VIP clientele with high touch service to ensure retention
• Stay up-to-date on product assortment and act as brand ambassador
• Follow management instructions and attend meetings
• Be punctual and communicate obstacles to the manager
• Represent the brand in the local and broader communities
