Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience
• Self-motivated, team player

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers and maintain a welcoming store environment
• Inform merchandisers/managers about stocking needs
• Keep visual standards as directed by management
• Handle customer issues and involve management when needed
• Support VIP clientele with high-touch service and retention efforts
• Stay informed about product assortment and act as brand ambassador
• Follow management instructions and participate in meetings as required
• Support opening/closing duties as needed
• Adhere to company policies and code of conduct
• Maintain punctuality and communicate obstacles to the supervisor
