• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Promote an excellent customer experience by greeting and serving customers
• Inform merchandisers/ managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards
• Resolve customer issues and loop in management when needed
• Provide high-touch service to VIP clientele and retain their loyalty
• Stay up-to-date on product assortment and act as a brand ambassador
• Follow management instructions and participate in meetings
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed
