Job summary

Compass Group USA at Ryan Field is seeking a Suite Attendant to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the suites supervisor. Set up and serve at functions; ensure the accurate execution of events during shifts; return leftovers to the kitchen promptly.

Must hold or obtain a valid food handler permit (and alcohol server permit where required). Responsibilities include catering logistics, guest service, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit.
• Must possess or be able to obtain an alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the suites supervisor.
• Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; returns leftovers to the kitchen promptly.
• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures; arranges tables and decorations; serves guests with friendly service.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment and follows sanitation policies.
