You will supervise hospitality teams, coordinate with catering and operations, uphold standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in a premium setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and service standards throughout premium suites and VIP spaces.
• Serve as a visible leader and point of contact for guests.
• Foster a culture of hospitality and service excellence.
• Anticipate guest needs and enhance the premium experience.
• Supervise and support premium hospitality staff during events.
• Conduct pre-event briefings.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Oversee event-day operations.
• Coordinate with catering, operations, security, and facilities teams.
• Monitor staffing levels and deploy staff effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and alcohol service regulations.
