Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Premium Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in premium suites and VIP areas at Ryan Field. You will prepare drinks, upsell premium offerings, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes professional service, knowledge of beverages, and compliance with responsible alcohol service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in premium hospitality or luxury venues.
• Valid alcohol service certification (BASSET, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Experience using POS systems and handling financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-satisfaction focus.
• Upselling and maintaining bar cleanliness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards.
• Deliver hospitality by proactively engaging guests and anticipating needs.
• Maintain knowledge of premium beverage offerings and portion control.
• Upsell premium products to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Ensure compliant service and proper identification of guests.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Keep bar areas clean, organized and stocked before, during, and after events.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Collaborate with suite attendants, servers, and culinary staff for seamless service.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.
