Job summary

Attersee LLC is seeking a VIP Studio Operations Coordinator to lead the Studio's operational execution and deliver a high-touch client experience. You will partner with the Studio Director and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless scheduling, inventory flow, shipments, and event preparation.

The role requires highly organized, proactive individuals who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and maintain brand hospitality across weekends and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail operations or studio operations.
• Strong operational, organizational and logistical instincts with multi-priority management.
• Excellent communication and high-detail oriented approach.
• Experience with inventory, shipments, and cross-functional communication preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/nights as required.

Responsibilities

• Own operational consistency and day-to-day execution across the Studio.
• Lead scheduling, shipment tracking, inventory movement, and studio organization.
• Coordinate VIP client appointments, wardrobe requests, and deliveries.
• Serve as a central communication point between Studio, office, merchandising, and fulfillment.
• Support event prep, trunk shows and team collaboration with leadership.
