Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in management consulting, investment banking, loyalty operations, or an early-stage startup.
• Strong executive presence, with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience.
• Exceptional storytelling, building executive-ready slides and charts around a central narrative tied to business priorities.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience.
• Strong written and visual communication, with high standards for accuracy and clarity.
• A structured thinker who can take an ambiguous prompt to a clear, defensible answer.
• An early AI adopter who automates and accelerates work through AI and agentic workflows.
• High energy, low ego.
• Proven ability to collaborate across stakeholders with different backgrounds and skillsets.
• A creative problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and brings relentless drive to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Build the deliverables that drive VIP decisions and strategic priorities: executive decks, financial models, and ad hoc analysis.
• Translate messy inputs into clear, structured, insight-led narratives.
• Shape the models and dashboards that sharpen visibility into revenue, reinvestment, and customer trends. Work closely with technical teams to ensure analytics and reporting aligns to VIP strategy.
• Use AI and analytics tooling to automate and accelerate business processes.
• Support longer-horizon strategy work, from org and operating model design to GTM and customer communications.
• Take the initiative on unstructured problems and emerging opportunities rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Collaborate across VIP, Loyalty, and the broader Fanatics organization.
