Job summary

Caesars Digital seeks an Sr. Executive Host to act as the primary growth engine for VIP Sports Marketing. You will own outbound sales telemarketing to Caesars Entertainment guests and develop relationships via mobile and in-person betting, with a strong command of the Sales/Service model and proactive guest support.

Ideal candidates will have customer service excellence, passion for guest care, and a proactive approach to guest recovery, aiming to delight guests and meet management-set goals.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in sales, casino and/or loyalty marketing service/support from an online company preferred.
• Strong sales, project management, customer service, and analytical skills a plus.
• High energy, enthusiasm and passion for improving the player experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an assigned book of players through direct mail, email, telemarketing and technology.
• Actively participate in telephone solicitation and coordinate personalized mailings for guests.
• Know the property and market for cross-sell opportunities.
• Demonstrate mastery of products/services and promotions; support system changes.
• Drive sales and revenue through department and company initiatives.
• Mentor and train the team; handle increasingly complex matters.
• Build rapport with guests to encourage trial and repeat visitation.
• Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
