Eurest, a division of Compass-USA, seeks a passionate, people-focused Assistant Manager to support the VIP Delta Sky Club at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. This role leads food service operations, inspires the team, and maintains brand standards in a premium hospitality setting.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure top-quality food and service, and drive guest satisfaction while managing budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with open availability including opening, closing and weekends.
• 2–4 years of food service management experience.
• 2–4 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, VIP lounges, corporate dining, or related food service operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food.
• Financial experience and business acumen.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing food service operations within the approved budget and deliver value.
• Ensure superior quality of food, service, and hospitality for Delta Sky Club clients and guests.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of Delta Sky Club team members.
• Support all Delta Sky Club functions and maintain strong relationships with associates, guests, clients, and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
