Job summary

Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo is seeking a Resort Marketing Representative to deliver excellent guest service, escort guests to their accommodations, and promote Westgate Resorts through arranging tours for potential timeshare purchasers.

You will greet guests with energy, assist with check-in, and answer questions about activities, amenities, and local attractions while supporting the sales team in service duties and welcoming qualified visitors to Westgate Resorts timeshare experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have bubbly personality and possess excellent customer service skills and can work well with others.
• Must be computer literate.

• Greet all guests checking into the resort lobby with an energetic and welcoming smile.
• Assist with the check in process.
• Answer questions guests have about the resort, activities, amenities, and local attractions.

Job Description

This job’s primary purpose is to provide excellent customer service to all guests, escort guests to their accommodations, and offer timeshare presentations to guests.As Resort Marketing Representative at Westgate River Ranch resort and Rodeo you will help promote Westgate Resorts through arranging tours for qualified potential timeshare purchasers, and providing concierge services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes, but not limited to, the following:

• Greet all guest checking into the resort lobby with an energetic and welcoming smile
