EssilorLuxottica in Sarasota, FL seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build brand loyalty with customers and VIP clients. You will greet customers, stay informed on products, and uphold visual standards while collaborating with management.

You will also assist with opening/closing duties, follow company policies, and participate in meetings to support a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsabilités

• Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent experience.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs.
• Ensure all visual standards set by management are maintained.
• Problem-solve for customer issues and loop in management.
• Provide high-touch service to VIP clientele to retain them.
• Stay up-to-date on current product assortment as brand ambassador.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties.
• Comply with regulations, rules and code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in work meetings.
• Maintain shift punctuality and communicate obstacles to management.
• Represent the brand with community connections.
