Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers while promoting a positive experience.
• Inform merchandisers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards.
• Handle VIP customer service situations with high-touch assistance.
• Stay up-to-date on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand.
• Listen to and implement management instructions as defined.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Be punctual for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to management.
• Act as a brand ambassador in local and broader communities.
