Job summary
Ballyhoo Hospitality FL & Big Mamma Group in Juno Beach, FL is seeking a Reservations Manager to join our opening team. You will lead the host team, manage VIP reservations, and coordinate with managers to deliver memorable dining experiences.
The ideal candidate has at least three years in restaurant/hospitality, strong communication and leadership, and experience with Resy, Toast, and InDesign. This role offers health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, potential bonuses, and dining discounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in restaurant/hospitality industry.
- Working knowledge of restaurant management and operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with reservations systems and guest relations preferred.
- Leadership experience in Front of House is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Champion genuine hospitality and exceed guest expectations.
- Lead the host team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage VIP reservations, events, and large parties; tailor experiences.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while upholding hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with management to balance reservations, walk-ins, and events.
- Monitor pacing, seating, and waitlists; optimize service flow.
