Ballyhoo Hospitality FL & Big Mamma Group is seeking a hands-on Manager for our Juno Beach location. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a hospitality-focused team, and implement programs to elevate guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years management experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
• Working knowledge of restaurant management and operations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Genuine interest in creating exceptional guest experiences through hospitality.
• Experience with restaurant management software (Toast, Resy, HotSchedules) preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the drive to cultivate a hospitality-focused service culture.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours per day.
• Ability to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage guest service operations.
• Spearhead and promote restaurant programs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain and ensure the highest standards of hospitality.
• Execute store opening and closing procedures as scheduled.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to equip staff with necessary knowledge and tools.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and develop effective floor plans.
• Coach and develop team members on hospitality and service.
• Foster an environment that supports strong employee retention.
• Absorb hourly roles when needed to benefit guest experience and team success.
• Conduct facility inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Lead assigned Area of Responsibility.
• Participate in Weekly Manager Meeting.
