This full-time role provides operational support to ensure elevated experiences for VIP guests at Saratoga Racecourse and Belmont Park, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, with 2–3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing guest needs, training staff, and supervising premium operations.

The pay range for this position is $23.88 - $32.24.
