Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in Thoroughbred racing, operations, or gaming industry.
• Deep knowledge of participant/customer needs in racing.
• Experience in designing loyalty or customer engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead participant relationships with owners, trainers, and jockeys.
• Design and execute NYRA Racing Rewards program.
• Collaborate on premium hospitality offerings at racing events.
