Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking a dedicated Marketing professional to coordinate the workflow across Player Development and other departments. The role emphasizes delivering a Five Star Experience to guests and team members.

This full-time position requires strong customer relations, organizational and computer skills, with preference for casino or marketing background. Flexibility for shifts and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year casino or marketing experience preferred.
• 1+ year telemarketing experience preferred.
• Strong customer relations, organizational and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Deliver our Five Star Experience by embodying our Mission and Service Promise while adhering to service standards.
• Act as liaison between Player Development Host and Player’s Club Representative to expedite requests.
• Work with Marketing leadership to ensure customers are accommodated.
• Evaluate customers’ activity to determine complimentary items and resolve disputes professionally.
• Communicate benefits of loyalty programs and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Follow safety policies, MICS/TICS compliance and submit to training as required.
