Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1 year casino or marketing experience preferred.
• 1 year of telemarketing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer relations, organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by upholding service standards.
• Act as liaison between Player Development Host and Player’s Club Representative to expedite requests.
• Collaborate with Casino Marketing leadership to ensure guests are accommodated.
• Evaluate customers’ casino activity to determine complimentary items and benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest files and casino information.
• Communicate benefits of the 29 Rewards Loyalty Club persuasively to guests.
