Job summary

Harnish Group Inc. in Williston, ND is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to maximize the sale of parts and service within the assigned territory. You will be the primary contact for all parts and service programs and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers while performing site visits.

Pay includes base pay and commission. The role requires a business degree or equivalent sales experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred with 2–3 years of industry sales experience, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a customer base for parts and services.
• Inform VIP customers about new parts and services and conduct site visits.
• Complete weekly call reports and proactively sell parts and service to assigned customers.
• Inspect undercarriage and ground engaging tools to recommend products and quotes.
