You will supervise all service functions, manage the P&L, and drive performance against EBITDA, sales, and inventory goals while meeting customer expectations for parts and service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with inventory catalogs and Microsoft and Google Docs software.

• Oversee all Service functions and workspaces in the Service Center.
• Delegate and direct Service tasks; monitor workflow and progress of assignments.
• Deliver excellent customer service by providing knowledge and addressing questions.
