Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Concierge at Bellagio to create personalized experiences that reflect exceptional service. You will anticipate guests' needs, uncover thoughtful details, and transform requests into WOW moments that make stays unforgettable.

The starting pay rate is $19.00 per hour plus commissions, with opportunities to upsell MGM venues, amenities, restaurants, shows, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of prior relevant experience, preferably in VIP Services, Front Desk or Concierge.
• Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d’Or USA.
• Current Notary and Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Professionally and efficiently process all guest requests while promoting, up-selling, and cross-selling MGM Resorts venues.
• Respond to and assist with guest conflict resolution in a timely manner.
• Build strong relationships and professionally represent MGM Resorts as a brand ambassador with guests and vendors.
• Stay current on citywide offerings and build a professional network within the hospitality community.
• Multitask using multiple operating systems to fulfill guest requests.

THE JOB :

As a Concierge at Bellagio, you’ll create personalized experiences that reflect the exceptional level of service our guests expect. From anticipating needs to uncovering thoughtful details, you’ll use your knowledge, warmth, and attention to detail to make every interaction feel effortless and memorable.

Your ability to turn requests into experiences will create WOW moments that make each stay truly unforgettable!

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.00 + Commissions

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Professionally and efficiently process all guest requests while promoting, up-selling, and cross-selling MGM Resorts venues, including amenities, rooms, restaurants, shows, cabanas, retail outlets, M life, casino events, and property promotions


• Respond to and assist with guest conflict resolution in a timely manner


• Build strong relationships and professionally represent MGM Resorts as a brand ambassador with guests and vendors


• Stay current on citywide offerings and build a professional network within the hospitality community


• Multitask using up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to fulfill guest requests

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older


• High School Diploma or GED


• One (1) year of prior relevant experience, preferably in VIP Services, Front Desk or Concierge


• Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d’Or USA


• Current Notary and Bilingual preferred
