Qualifications

• Prior relevant guest service experience
• Prior relevant Front Desk or Concierge experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Ensure VIP check-in/out is efficient and flawless, coordinating with property and guests
• Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for meals, shows, and services
• Ensure accurate charges and credits, handle cash/credit transactions, balance cash and cash equivalents
• Open the VIP lounge daily following standards, run guest arrival/departure reports, assign VIP rooms
• Close the VIP lounge daily, ensure rooms and amenities are prepared, hand keys to front desk, run next day arrival reports
