Job summary

• Able to learn outlets and answer general property questions.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support to bar operations under supervision.
• Keep bar areas clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Take beverage orders from staff or patrons and process payments via POS.
• Assist bartenders with stocking liquor, beer, wines, and garnishes.
• Adhere to health department regulations and gaming liquor rules.
• Maintain clean glassware and bar equipment; ensure sanitary conditions.
