Job summary

Seminole Classic Casino is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize costs across all F&B outlets. You will oversee staff, menus, and service standards to ensure a premium guest experience across our casino dining venues.

The ideal candidate holds a BA in F&B Management, with 3–5 years supervisory restaurant/lounge experience, TIPS certification, and strong knowledge of MS Excel/Word and restaurant systems.

Qualifications

• BA in Food & Beverage Management or related field; 3–5 years of supervisory restaurant/lounge experience.
• TIPS certification; basic math skills for budgeting and cost control.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; experience with restaurant systems preferred (Info Genesis).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage staff.
• Analyze food and beverage data and costs.
• Develop controls to ensure economical, profitable operations.
• Assist with menu changes based on reviews and guest feedback.
• Ensure VIP guest service during events and maintain safety standards.
• Lead staff training, performance reviews, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with management and other departments; manage POS system needs.
