Aston Gardens At Pelican Pointe in Venice, FL seeks an Assistant Hospitality Manager to partner with the Executive Chef and Executive Director to lead hospitality excellence across the dining experience. You will supervise front-of-house operations, develop training, and ensure exceptional resident and guest experiences while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of fine dining experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily operations oversight.
• State and/or Federal Food Handling and Sanitation certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop action plans to improve service quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY to lead hospitality strategies and dining initiatives.
• Support operational and culinary teams in delivering exceptional resident and guest experiences.
• Develop, communicate, and execute hospitality training for front-of-house team members.
• Manage the pre-meal experience alongside culinary and service staff.
• Build strong relationships with residents and engage regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Initiate and analyze resident satisfaction surveys, focus groups, and point-of-sale data to drive service improvements.
