Job summary

Seminole Gaming in Florida seeks a Server for our Fine Dining Restaurant Outlets. You will serve food and beverages, greet guests, and help create a memorable entertainment experience in a fast-paced casino environment.

Open availability is preferred; a high school diploma and 1–2 years of high-volume service are required. You must maintain a professional appearance, communicate in English, and comply with tribal employment policies and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of high-volume service.
• Fine dining food serving experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English.
• Open availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests throughout the restaurant.
• Greets guests in restaurant in a positive manner.
• Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
• Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies.
