Job summary

Binance VIP & Institutional Team seeks a senior sales professional to acquire and manage a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients. You will nurture relationships, identify client needs, and coordinate with various internal teams to deliver optimal service and product feedback.

Remote-first role with international travel for bespoke events expected. Strong English communication, CRM proficiency, and a track record in finance or crypto sales are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of sales and client services experience with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales.
• Experience acquiring institutional/VIP clients and managing high-value portfolios.
• Proven ability to work autonomously within a sales team and collaborate with regional teams and events.
• Strong communication and relationship-maintenance skills, able to perform under pressure.
• Crypto industry experience is a plus; fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)

• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs

• Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers

• Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback

Requirements

• Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPI

• Familiar with the use of a CRM tool

• Worked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.

• 3-10 years working experience in sales and client services function with international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales

• Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc

• Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure

• Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage

• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
