Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas seeks an In Suite Dining Sales Agent to deliver exceptional in-suite dining and amenity services to guests, following the resort’s standards and policies. The role emphasizes accurate order entry via Micros, guest data management, and attentive service.

Responsibilities include responding to guest needs, delivering amenities, and upholding professional conduct and safety standards across shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card, Food Handler’s Card and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
• Minimum 2 years of service experience in a first-class hotel, casino, restaurant or related hospitality area.
• Advanced understanding of food and beverage products including wine and spirits knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience with point-of-sale equipment and/or computers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phones according to Venetian standards and greet guests per script.
• Take orders, enter into Micros and coordinate with ISD for service.
• Update guest profiles with arrivals, departures and service needs.
• Respond to guest questions about The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and Las Vegas, researching when needed.
• Record data into guest profiles and ensure proper handling of equipment.
