Job summary

Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City, OR is seeking a Guest Relations Host to drive player acquisition, retention, and VIP engagement. You will use relationship building, events, and player offers to generate revenue and welcome guests.

You will manage the Winners Circle, coordinate amenities, and assist with promotions while maintaining the brand and confidentiality. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Two years of experience in Gaming or Hospitality in a high-volume guest service area.
• One year of experience in Player’s Club or equivalent experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must have a valid Oregon Driver’s License.
• Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.
• Must obtain OR Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment.
• Must obtain OLCC Alcohol Service Permit within 30 days of employment.
• Must obtain CWCR VIP Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the casino and display a professional manner.
• Encourage new membership to the Winners Circle and repeat trips with a focus on VIP players.
• Monitor player activity and promote play with appropriate action.
• Provide complimentary services from the player tracking reward system and understand the reward program.
• Update the Host CRM database with communications and preferences.
• Assist with planning and execution of parties, promotions, events, and off-property events.
• Access and edit the player tracking system as needed.
• Coordinate delivery of amenities and special requests by executives or management.
