Job summary

Chinook Winds Casino Resort Hotel in Lincoln City, OR is seeking an F&B Host to greet and seat guests, take and package to-go orders, and help keep dining areas clean and welcoming.

You’ll work in a busy gaming environment with strong guest-service standards, requiring clear communication and basic POS experience. A high school diploma is preferred, and relevant licenses must be obtained within stated timeframes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or GED.
• 1 year of host/hostess experience preferred.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred.
• Must obtain Siletz Tribal Gaming License, Food Handlers Permit within 30 days, and VIP Permit within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables.
• Take, prepare, and package to-go orders as needed.
• Inspect dining and serving areas for cleanliness and setup.
• Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Perform general upkeep and stock merchandise and supplies.
• Assist other floor staff as needed.
