Job summary

Chinook Winds Casino Resort Hotel in Lincoln City, OR is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide exemplary guest service by taking and delivering beverage orders in a busy gaming environment.

This full-time role requires 21+ age, OLCC/Food Handlers/VIP permits, POS experience, and the ability to stand and move across shifts; you will maintain bar cleanliness and assist other staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of experience as a server preferred.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred.
• Must obtain OLCC temporary permit before start date and OLCC Permit within 45 days.
• Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.
• Food Handlers Permit within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver beverage orders with accuracy.
• Operate POS and handle payments.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol.
• Maintain cleanliness of the beverage station.
• Assist other floor personnel including bartending as needed.
• Provide information about events and services.
