Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is seeking a Player Development Manager to lead the team in building relationships with high-value guests, driving loyalty, and increasing visitation and gaming revenue across the property.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Casino Operations, Food & Beverage, Hotel, and Entertainment to design VIP experiences, manage events, and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of experience in related field or equivalent
Must obtain valid gaming license, where applicable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and player-tracking systems requested

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Player Development team to achieve goals.
Build relationships with high-value guests through personalized service and engagement.
Develop strategies to increase visitation, gaming activity, and customer value.
Plan and execute VIP events, hosted experiences, and relationship-building initiatives.
Ensure events are well-planned and followed up for guest satisfaction.
