Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City seeks a driven Player Development Manager to lead the guest relationship program for our most valuable guests. You will drive loyalty and revenue by delivering personalized experiences and managing VIP events across casino, hotel, dining, and entertainment touchpoints.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Casino Operations, F&B and Hotel teams to craft targeted engagement strategies, monitor guest data, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining

Qualifications

Three years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must obtain a valid gaming license where applicable.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the Player Development team to achieve goals.
Build relationships with high-value and premium guests through personalized service.
Develop strategies to increase visitation, gaming activity, retention, and guest value.
Plan and execute VIP events and hosted experiences.
Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
