Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or higher in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Two years of experience in hospitality or food & beverage, including casino environments.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Escorts guests to and from locations within the property.
• Provides services including ironing, shoe shining, and meals for VIP guests.
• Prepares suites for VIP arrivals and assists with packing/unpacking.
• Serves food and beverages as part of VIP hosting.
• Maintains five-diamond standards of service and cleanliness.
• Coordinates guest reservations, meals, and events per comp guidelines.
• Promotes menus and beverages with professional salesmanship.
