Job summary

Resorts World New York is seeking a Hospitality Services Manager to oversee VIP guest services and direct the Hospitality Executives/Ambassadors, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to premium standards. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Marketing, Front Office, VIP Services, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver seamless experiences for our elite guests.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in hospitality or front-facing casino environments, with a BA or higher in Hospitality

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain the appropriate gaming license.
BA or higher in Hospitality Management preferred.
Must have 5 years of experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment and forward-facing casino environment.
Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Maintains daily operations in the department and oversees Hospitality Services Executives/Ambassadors.
Ensures training standards and participates in evaluations and scheduling.
Manages payroll and staff performance while delivering top-tier VIP service.
Leads VIP guest engagement, coordinates room reservations, meals, and events.
Collaborates with Housekeeping, Casino Marketing, Front Office, VIP Services, and F&B to maintain five-diamond service levels.
