Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a license as required.
• BA or higher in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Two years of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or a forward-facing casino environment.
• Fluency in English and strong guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Escort VIP guests to locations within the property.
• Provide services such as ironing, shoe shining, meals, and other requests for VIP guests.
• Prepare suites for VIP arrivals and assist with packing/unpacking and wardrobe care.
• Serve food and beverages as a function of hosting VIP guests.
• Maintain five-diamond standards and cleanliness across areas.
• Coordinate room reservations, meals, and events within policy.
• Uphold safety, health code, and resort features knowledge.
