Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Guest List Moderator to manage venue entry, verify reservations, and coordinate with promotions, VIP services and guests. You will uphold high guest-service standards, respond to inquiries, maintain professional appearance, and stay informed of policy changes to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements include 21+ years of age; the ability to stand for extended periods; and a willingness to work evenings, weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate.
• Strong guest-service mindset and positive energy.
• 21+ years of age and able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests to the venue in a warm and friendly manner.
• Accurately manage reservations and assist guests with entry (guest list, presale tickets, passes).
• Provide wait times and monitor lines.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
