Job summary

WorldWinner is expanding its VIP team and seeking a hands-on VIP Account Manager to deliver a premium experience for our most valued players. You will manage a portfolio of VIP customers, build strong relationships, and design tailored promotions that drive engagement and loyalty.

Collaborate with CRM, Marketing and Product to create compelling offers, monitor activity, and optimize retention. Occasional evening or weekend outreach and VIP event participation may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of VIP/account management in iGaming or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships with high-value customers.
• Ability to analyze player data and translate findings into actions for retention.
• Strong commercial judgment including managing promotional budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP players with personalized communication across channels.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Payments and other teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate player profiles and preferences to tailor outreach.
• Monitor engagement and prioritize proactive, targeted outreach.
• Design and implement VIP promotions in collaboration with CRM/Marketing/Product.
• Allocate promotional investments within approved budgets and measure impact.
• Report on performance trends and player feedback for continuous improvement.
